| New or Transferring agent w/ (3) closing credits: | 70% Split, permanent |
| (8) closing credits in a calendar year: | 75% split, for the remainder of that year and the next |
| (8) closing credits in (2) consecutive calendar years: | 80% split, for the remainder of that year and the next |
| (15) closing credits in a calendar year: | 85% split, for the remainder of that year and the next |
| (15) closing credits in (2) consecutive calendar years: | 90% split, for the remainder of that year and the next |
Notes
Closing Credit – Any closed home listing or sale counts as (1) closing credit.
If you are transferring from a different brokerage, closing credits WILL carry over to DRS.
Rental Transactions count for ½ closing credit.
Daunno Realty offers TRUE commission splits. Agents are NOT charged franchise or transaction fees at closing.
